Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and conditions of use between WDTT Co., Ltd., a corporation established under the laws of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and users in relation to the use of the “SumaTabe” service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the Company.

Users are required to agree to these Terms in order to use the Service. Upon agreeing to these Terms, and unless otherwise provided, the contents of these Terms shall constitute the agreement between the Company and the user.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Service” refers to the “SumaTabe” service provided by the Company.
  2. “User” refers to any individual or corporation who uses the Service, regardless of whether they have registered as a member.
  3. “Applicant” refers to an individual (including sole proprietors) or corporation that applies or intends to apply for membership registration for the Service.
  4. “Member” refers to an individual (including sole proprietors) or corporation that has applied for membership registration by agreeing to these Terms and using a social login method (Google, Apple, LINE) or an ID/password method that may be provided in the future, and has been approved and registered by the Company.
  5. “Posted Data” means any content (including text, written content, images, audio, video, and other data) that a user posts or transmits through the Service.

Article 3 (Membership Registration and Withdrawal)

  1. Membership registration is completed when the Applicant agrees to these Terms, submits a registration application through the social login method or the ID/password method that may be provided in the future, and the Company approves and registers the Applicant as a Member.
  2. Members may request withdrawal at any time through the in-app settings menu or customer support, and may complete the withdrawal process through the Company’s prescribed procedures. Personal information collected up to the time of withdrawal will be processed in accordance with the “Personal Information Protection Act”, other relevant laws, and the Company’s Privacy Policy. Upon withdrawal, the Member will automatically lose the benefit of time regarding all obligations owed to the Company.
  3. The Company may refuse registration if the Applicant falls under any of the following. The Company has no obligation to disclose the reasons for refusal.
  4. If there are any changes to the registered information, Members must promptly update the information through the procedure designated by the Company.

Article 4 (Management of Passwords, etc.)

  1. Members are responsible for the proper management and storage of their IDs, passwords, and registered email addresses, and must not allow third parties to use them nor lend, transfer, change ownership of, or sell them.
  2. Members shall bear all responsibility for damages arising from inadequate management, misuse, or unauthorized use by third parties. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, the Company bears no responsibility, and Members shall not raise any objections or claims against the Company.

Article 5 (Provision and Modification of the Service)
